TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All trackthebill.com users must agree to and abide by these guidelines..
Any user violating these rules can have their account suspended or terminated without warning.
Please read and understand these rules before using the site. They are written in plain English,
so go ahead and take a minute to read them over.
#1 Natural Circulation
The purpose of trackthebill.com is to track the natural and geographic circulation of currency.
This means that any bills you enter should be spent by you in the normal course of everyday life.
Giving bills to friends, relatives and/or associates for the purpose of re-entry into the website violates
the whole premise of trackthebill.com. After you enter any bills, just enter them into natural circulation
by spending them as you would any other bills. Sending bills via U.S mail or any transportation methods to people
in other locales in order to generate hits does not constitute natural and geographic circulation. In general,
the trackthebill.com definition of natural and geographic circulation is spending your cash in the course of
any normal transaction with any unknown person/entity.
#2 Bill Marking
trackthebill.com does not encourage
the defacement of U.S Currency. If you choose to mark your bills, do so in a reasonable and prudent manner.
Please see the FAQ page for the legal details, but remember, the bill must not be 'unfit to be re-issued.'
If you deface the bills in such a manner that does render the bills 'unfit to be re-issued,' you may violate the law.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose to mark your bills, you MUST FIRST 'Enter' them into trackthebill.com?, then 'Mark' the bills,
then finally 'Spend' them. Think 'Enter-Mark-Spend' or just 'EMS'. Bills that are marked but not entered into the database
cause problems for the next person to find the bill, since it has no existing history. If you enter your bills after you
have marked and spent them, then the 'hits' could be out of order and you will not get credit for them. Always follow the
rules of 'Enter-Mark-Spend', and everyone will be happy.
#3 Bill Acquisition
There are many ways to acquire bills for
entry into trackthebill.com. Many people go to a bank and request packs of new/uncirculated bills/notes to enter into the website.
This is an acceptable method of acquisition of bills. Some people gather and enter and then return all the bills of their
spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend/family members. This is also acceptable, assuming that the spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend/family
member doesn't turn around and enter the same bills. Stealing from people and/or robbing a bank is NOT an acceptable method
of acquiring bills.
#4 Bulk Bill Distribution
Taking any large quantity of bills, entering them into trackthebill.com,
and then depositing them into a bank or any other financial institution or dumping them at any merchant is a strictly forbidden
method of bill distribution. This could cause the Bank management to question your actions, refuse the bills, and generally cause
trouble for trackthebill.com and all its users. It is also clearly not Natural and Geographic Circulation as defined in
Guideline #1. Should you choose to mark bills, your actions may arouse suspicions of people who are unfamiliar with this
interpretation. Of course, the larger the quantity of bills presented to such people, the greater the likelihood for them to
question your activities. trackthebill.com offers no assistance to users who find themselves in such situations.
Any user who is detected as making bulk deposits or bill dumping will have their account terminated.
#5 Website

trackthebill.com is in no way associated or affiliated with any other website. Using
trackthebill.com for tracking bills as part of any other website, program, scheme or company, whose web address is not
'www.trackthebill.com' is strictly forbidden. Any accounts created for these purposes will be suspended or terminated without
warning or notice. The trackthebill.com website is to be used for entertainment ONLY. Any website that links trackthebill.com to any money making program or illegal pyramid scheme is in violation of these User Guidelines as well as local, state, and federal laws.
